Eligibility Window: Refund requests must be initiated within 3 to 7 days of the delivery date. Any requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund. Condition of Items: Cosmetics & Skincare: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. We cannot refund any product where the hygiene seal has been broken.
