Eligibility Window: Refund requests must be initiated within 3 to 7 days of the delivery date. Any requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify our 24-hour support team immediately with photo evidence for a full priority refund.
