Eligibility Window: Refund requests must be initiated within 3 to 7 days of the delivery date. Any requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund. Condition of Items: Cosmetics & Skincare: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. We cannot refund any product where the hygiene seal has been broken. Jewelry: Items must be in their original box with all tags attached and show no signs of wear or scratches. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify our 24-hour support team immediately with photo evidence for a full priority refund. No Exchange Policy To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we do not offer exchanges on any products. Because skincare, makeup, and jewelry are personal-use items, we cannot restock or swap items once they have left our controlled environment.
