Jewelry: Items must be in their original box with all tags attached and show no signs of wear or scratches. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify our 24-hour support team immediately with photo evidence for a full priority refund. No Exchange Policy To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we do not offer exchanges on any products.
