Eligibility Window: Refund requests must be initiated within 3 to 7 days of the delivery date. Any requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund. Condition of Items: Cosmetics & Skincare: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. We cannot refund any product where the hygiene seal has been broken. Jewelry: Items must be in their original box with all tags attached and show no signs of wear or scratches. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify our 24-hour support team immediately with photo evidence for a full priority refund.
