Jewelry: Items must be in their original box with all tags attached and show no signs of wear or scratches. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify our 24-hour support team immediately with photo evidence for a full priority refund. Because skincare, makeup, and jewelry are personal-use items, we cannot restock or swap items once they have left our controlled environment.
